Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States, and shipping is free on every sauce order, from one bottle to a full case.

Made-to-order apparel ships from our print partner; we quote its postage when we confirm your order.

Ordering and payment

Pay securely at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Stripe; we never see your card number). Card orders ship within one to two business days. You can also send your order without paying and we’ll reply by email with your total and how to pay; those orders ship once payment is received.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Because our sauces are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds.

Broken bottles: If a bottle arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement.
